do you know what love feels like?

i do. and it wont leave me alone, nor has it for a year.
to the beautiful boy that is not yet officially mine, but who owns my heart,
i am beyond in love with you.

ill always keep the light on for you.

wash that wish away

someday, it will be you and i.
you and i baby, lets just run away.
run away from all the fog and the mediocrity.
the mediocrity of purpose in unimportant things.
unimportant things like work and rankings.
rankings that do not define us and never will.
they never will change my love for you, and hopefully not your love for me.
your love for me is the thing that keeps me going.
or rather, the promise of your love for me.
the hope of your love for me.
maybe my love for you can keep you going, too.
dont just wash that wish away, my love.
lets wish, home all the way.

make a little money, buy a fancy car. - mixed reveiw

here are some of my latest purchases.

Formula 10.0.6's seriously shine free moisturiser does exactly what it says it will - it gives you a matte finish, oil free face. it provides a great base for makeup, and is especially effective if applied after using exfoliator. i cant go past sportsgirl's 'scrub up' (shown below). it smells absolutely divine, and works beautifully.
i have been using Biore's pore strips for a little while now, and while i love the idea of them, cannot get them to work for my skin. no matter how hard i try, the strips come away clean from my face, and dont take any blackheads with them. on the other hand, they work brilliantly for my best friend, so this is a mixed reveiw, they may or may not work for you.
Natalie Bloom is a genius, and i can say wholeheartedly that i love bloom products. one of my favourites is this little lip pot, which i have been using for years, and it works a treat. it smells better than any other lip balm i have ever used, and is really moisturising without feeling greasy. my favourite is the scrumptious lips in strawberry.

this amazing iPhone case has been on my wishlist for a while now, and my dad found it for me the other day. i dont really have much to say about it, other than that its perfect, and feels amazing to hold.

i went a bit nuts in American Apparel this week. i fell in love with these stockings, as i cant avoid anything pastel, and i knew that i would feel a bit like a fairy in them. i was a little dissapointed in them, as the opacity made them too see-through on my legs to actually see the colour difference. none the less, they are still a very cute pair of stockings, and i am fully prepaired to go back and get them in other colours to see if they work better.
i also bought this velvet bow, which i have prettty much not taken off since i bought it. the texture is amazing, the colour is beautiful, and it is so versatile in the ways it can be worn. i absolutely 100% recommend this one.
these chiffon topped cotton socks absolutely made my day. they are beyond comfortable, and i wanted to buy some in every colour combination. perfect. American Apparel cant go wrong, no matter what they try!

the last item on my list is this copy of yen. i absolutely adore yen anyway, but this issue was especially incredible due to the amazing, 21 song mixtape they included. every song on the album is a whimsical wonderland, and i guarantee your mood will go up by 100% after listening to this genius compilation.

anyway. heres to you darling .

style inspiration - Audrey Hepburn

in my opinion, the most beautiful woman in the world. her perfect lips, wide eyes framed with thick lashes and heavy brows graced numerous movies and seduced countless people. her effortless style and slender frame made her the ideal of poise, and she remains iconic throughout generations.

model post - abbey lee kershaw

securing her place as one of the top five models in the world has appeared to come easily for abbey lee. known for her willingness to adapt her look and her fascination with mythical worlds, this Australian bombshell is hot in demand. the fact that she is a painter, and the front woman of band 'Our Mountain' leaves some questioning whether there is anything ms Kershaw cant do.
